We prepare seats and ingredients according to each reservation.
For
group use and private bookings, we reserve seating from an early stage and apply the following
cancellation policy.
Group Use (11 Guests or More)
- Cancellations made after 14 days before the date of use: 50% of the estimated amount
- Cancellations made after 2 business days before the date of use: 100% of the meal charges
Changes to the Number of Guests
Changes to the number of guests are accepted up to 2 business days before the date of use.
If
the number of guests decreases after that time, 100% of the meal charges for the reduced number
of guests will be charged.

disasters.
* For private bookings, we will provide separate guidance according to the details of your
